Cancellation Policy
I charge a 15% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment! You are charged a non refundable deposit when booking, however if you same day cancel or no show you will be charged 15% of the remaining total.
My old policy was 35% of the total service but I am now splitting that percentage between deposit and cancellation fee.
